MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Flasher Switch Question

Can you tell me which wires go to which terminal, please? The two on the left go to 7 and 8, and the right-hand one goes to 2.

Input to the switch is to the single terminal, 2 should be a green/brown wire if your loom is correctly colour coded.
Output is, surprisingly, for the left and right flashers through terminals 7 and 8 being green/red for left and green/white for right.

If when connected the wrong side flashers, flash, then just swap the two 7 and 8 wires over.

Yes Nick, I thought the effect of the shaddow was particularly well balanced with the juxtaposition of the single, sharpened pencil. Says a great deal with just a few simple forms.

I see it more as a metaphor highlighting the chasm beteeen good and evil and the effect of religion verses consumerism in today's world. Nothing more, nothing less. But perhsps I'm over simplifying.
