MG Midget and Sprite Technical - fulcrum pin condition
I have been stripping down my spare wishbones are there anny measurment to check fulcrum pin both look ok and seem a good fit and no sign of excesive wear.

Not criticising, Mark, But just for info that is called a king pin, not a Fulcrum pin. As to condition, those surfaces look fine to me but the real test is to assemble, lightly grease and then feel for any lateral slack. |

sorry its me i had been trying to get the fulcrum pin out all afternoon with little sucsess and it stuck in my head |

Whilst you at this stage make sure the grease hole lines up with the hole in the bushes. Mine didn’t and I’ve had to buy new bushes and have the reamed to fit the king pin again! |

going to have to either get the wishbones refubished are new ones ,After looking through the archives at some horror stories can anyone recomend any refurbisher are supplier fo wishbones. |
