Just to let you know. Years of struggle.... but now I have got it! Mounted a smaller pulley: 0,5 bar, Megasquirt fuel and ign control. The car pulls and pulls.. I shift trough the gears in no time, screaming of the blower.... boost goes up gradually.... GREAT

a few of the setup / building: intercooler

this is bolted onto the HIF44 manifold (MG Metro): 4 Alfa GTV 6 injectors under 45 degrees

blower: eaton from a Mercedes 230 Kompressor

So it is a 1293, stock cam, MG Metro inlet manifold, on which I bolted a home made manifold with 4 Alfa GTV injectors. Blower is an Eaton from a Mercedes 230 KOmpressor, I use a bypass valve, blower gives at the moment 9-10psi (0,5 bar) boost.. Ign is a locked dizzy with crane fire ball, controlled by the Megasquirt 1 (MS extra), also controlling fuel.

Throttle comes from a Alfa 33, intercooler from a Lancia Delta Integrale.

Carter ventilation is big issue, solved with MAXIMUM blow off possibility (also via sump).

Not sure about HP... fast enough not to full throtle, muts run easily 190 km/h (not going to try)

Have not yet experienced the car wouldn't accelerate anymore.

All roudabouts fun... spinning all over :-)
