MG MG Y Type - Another YA on Ebay
There is an interesting looking YA on Ebay with an unusual two-tone colour scheme. I don't remember seeing a blue one. Described as in "near perfect condition"! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=29757&item=4548193080&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW |

Thanks Andrew for alerting us to this car for sale as it sports a most interesting and tasteful colour scheme in true prewar MG style and looks to be a gem at a reasonable price at present. Time will tell but it should be a great purchase for someone in the market. Shame its 12,000 miles away! Rob |

Guys, there is another 'multi color' YA on ebay now, from the Sosutheast US. Such a shame on this one, as the work someone did so far, looks like it was done with care. Paul YB/TDs/Austin7, etc. |

It is an EXTREMELY rare beast - an EXLU or LHD USA Export model http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4550540369&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT should get you there. Paul |

Nice split of the two colours. However, what's with the twin carbs - not original surely? Doesn't look quite "right" to me. Also I didn't know EXLU models were fitted with cats! :-) Cheers, Saul. |

I was wondering about them if they came with the deal or not too! It is not unusual to see twin carbies fitted a la YT inlet manifold though whether this was a factory fit or after market is an interesting thought! I hope we find a good buyer for this very rarer than rare car. |
