MG MG Y Type - Boot catch

I have lost the original, broken main piece of the rear boot catch, which is attached to the body of the car. Can somebody please send me a phot of the catch so that I can have a 3D print made up? Many thanks.

Tony, I know these things were made up in stainless, but I can't find them in the shopping mall.
