MG MG Y Type - classified ads
Is it just my Computer or is there a gap in the navigation bar under the picture of the month where the Classified Ads belong? |
John |
I always get confused because I forget some people view this forum from the Y-type web site! John, it looks fine to me. Try a refresh? |
Steve Simmons |
Put the mouse into the menu frame and right click and select refresh if you want the button, alternately, just double click on the space. Your browser for some reason best known to itself decided not to wait until all the buttons had downloaded before it timed out. Paul |

An Internet Explorer tip: Go to Tools-->Internet Options-->Advanced Scroll down and select "Show Image Download Placeholders". Then when an image doesn't load, at least you see where it should be, what size it should be and the page formats correctly. While you're at it you should also check "Do not save encrypted pages to disk". I don't know why Microsoft would leave this unchecked by default since it's a security risk. |

No still not there but I do get a Java script error on line 305. |
John |
Here's what I see http://homepage.ntlworld.com/arkleys/screenshot.htm It must be at my end. |
John |
Go to Tools, Internet Options and delete all temporary files, close your browser, restart your browser. Should clear it. It is definately at your end. If the problem persists call your ISP(ntlworld) for assistance. Best of luck, Paul |

Hmmm... Follow Paul's advice first, and if it doesn't work then you may have a problem with MSVM or Java, whichever is installed on your system. If you need help with this let me know. |
Steve Simmons |
Although the moving pictures in the main panel require MS VM /Java to see them, the contents bar is purely standard picture files for the button faces so likely to be browser / ISP related I think. Paul |
