MG MG Y Type - Front Screen Pillars

I recently sent an enquiry to a member in Australia who had salvaged both front pillars from a scrapped y which were in good condition. Unfortunately, I didn't get a reply back. The post is no longer on the classified site. If anyone can help me locate the member to see if he still has them I should be most grateful.

The front screen pillars may well be the same as on the Morris 8 E..maybe try the appropriate club?

Steve Brompton from down under has a pair of salvaged front pillars, he is looking at the cost to get them to blighty. I have no idea what the cost to me is going to be yet as I think Steve is working on this for me.
However, if you could send me some photos, and Steve doesn't get back to me, I will certainly consider making you an offer.
Would you have any idea of what the shipping costs to the UK for 2 pillars is likely to be to?

Get in touch with Parcelflight (www.parcelflight.co.uk) and see if they do "collect" arrangements in a foreign country - worth a try! They are also good for export from UK prices too.
