MG MG Y Type - jackall rams
hi lads, I am thinking of overhauling the two back jacks on Doris (my Y).They have seized, I would preferably like to use a engineering firm in the midlands, does any body know of such a firm/firms. Is any body else considering the same? maybe we could send in a job lot and get it cheaper? not sure how we could work it? just a thought...regards don. |

Chris's offer sounds pretty good. For your interest SVW Spares supply all the parts and restore jackall systems. http://www.svwspares.co.uk/catalogue/sub_section.asp?pID=25 Peter |

Years ago a firm in Leicester used to restore Jackall pumps and shck absorbers - Beeson & Cooke - I do not know whether they are still there. |

I have scanned Companies House records Paul (G) and there is no record of a BEESON & COOKE in Leicestershire now sadly and BT do not have a record of them either. I have had great success with a local hydraulic shop here in Grays Harbor WA, USA though that I have trained in the repair and refurbishment of Jackall rams and they have had great success. Paul |
