MG MG Y Type - Jackall repairers in Australia
Has anybody had their Jackall units successfully repaired in Aus? I've read all the various bits about how they work and how to dismantle them etc, but am not game enough to try them myself. John Turner Turners Beach, Tasmania |

I seem to recall Neil Wakeman in Victoria worked out a way to overhaul these - I think it may be on this website somewhere. |

Hello John, Which part of the Jackall system do you need to repair - the rams or the pump ?. Unless either are damaged, you should be able to fix them yourself - I have done a few over the years - pretty easy, but time consuming. Most people are amazed at shows when you lift the car from under the bonnet (or hood in the USA) !. My YT with functioning Jackall will be in Launceston from 11th November for a few months or so - can we meet for a chat & drinks over your Jackall System ? - more than happy to help. cheers Tony The Roving Y Down Under |
