Using smart phone HTC One I can't access the menu. Anyone else have this issue which prevents access to other pages?
R E Knight

Richard if you rotate your phone into a landscape orientation you will find the menu options,

Peter, if only it were free, but won phone of the year ahead of iphone, so sadly not.

Chris, nope first thing I tried was to change orientation. But sadly no go. Look forward to the fix.

Peter, Not sure which Galaxy you used by my wives Samsung Galaxy both android operating systems did not show anything past the news column for your info too the orientation makes no difference. Must been free test you used before going live.

Chris,

Be interested to know what devices? My sons Samsung Galaxy Tablet works fine with the screen set to landscape.

Just tried to use my wives Samsung Galaxy phone, and tried my own HTC One phone (set portrait or landscape) and I can't still see anything to the left side of the main body of text, for example no menu options are visible therefore I am not able to select menus using smart phone devices, the screen on HTC scrolls more to the right of the main body than the test does with the Samsung Galaxy phone

Of course no problems with seeing these menus using laptop.

I have cleared my device history and cache so happy that this is not uploading a copy saved to the device.

For your information

Regards

Just tried it on my Galaxy S4 mini and it works fine in portrait and landscape.

Main Menu pops up when you tap at the top of the page where it says "MAIN MENU (TAP TO SELECT)"

Rgds,

Brian.

Chris / Brian,

're checked HTC One, yes it too does what you say, missed it because was in grey looking for link usually blue but my error due to way it navigates and fact no drop arrow. Accept this is difference between android and Windows 8 OS.
