MG MG Y Type - Rear Axle dipstick YA

Could anyone tell me the length of the YA dipstick on the rear axle as mine is missing .

Do you have a spare for the YB back axle? I know of a friend local to me who says he does not have one. Let me know please what you are wanting for it if you have one spare and willing to part with and the likely postage charge to UK and I will ask if he wants me to arrange it with you, obviously if you have one for YB no Y.

No YB's sorry Richard. The YB's were never sold new here, only the YA's & YT's. There are only a handful of YB's in Australia & most were private imports.

Dont quote me on it ... but I think the MG TD hypoid axle is the same as the YB and you "may" be able to use a TD one. If I were you I would try asking on the TD BBS for measurements and also asking some YB owners for measurements of their dipsticks. Just a thought.
