The diagram for the YT is not the correct one for the YT EXU Terry |

Gentlemen Have you tried your own website at www.mgytypes.org first? Under Technical Centre, Technical Data, you will find pdf files of all your Y Types as shown in the original Workshop Manuals or original Lucas Electrical Equipment sheets. I do not have a wiring diagram of the YT EXU series there, however, it was the same as the standard YT EXL except for the addition of four flashing indicators, a flasher unit, connection to the control box and a dash mounted direction control switch I believe. I will check with our YT expert David Pelham and if we can come up with one for the YT EXU this will be added as soon as we do. Regards Paul |

I have the correct wiring diagram for the YT EXU. I can fax it if you will give me a fax number. Terry |

Terry you have mail! |

Paul The directional signal control on my 49 YT EXU is a clockwork driven ring in the center of the steering wheel, not a switch on the dash. Have had the car since 1961 and suspect that this is original. FWIW Larry |

It is. Terry |

Thats a confirmed - rotary clockwork switch per the YA/YB on the EXU. My Apologies! Paul |
