MG MG Y Type - YB on eBay

There's a YB on eBay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=29757&item=2484352408&rd=1
and no it's not mine!
John Arkley

Is it known to the register?
David Mullen

The car is on the register but was recorded as "suspected dead". It is good to see it again after all these years and we look forward to it going to a good owner.

Looks very good for "suspected dead"! I wish shipping charges wern't so expensive! Arch

If it goes cheap enough, you can get it transported and imported for around $2k.

I had some photos of the boot lid and SWC area sent to me - looks as solid as Mount Rushmore. Go on Arch - dont want it going to a hot rodder or breaker for T bits.

You'll be in good hands with advice from the site now!

Paul and-----, Paul you just moved multiple cars over from GB, What would shipping cost be? I really want it but have to be semi-logical. Arch

Hi Arch

Have replied to you by private email.

I see this ended without a sale due to a high 'reserve price' - personally I thought the final bid price reached was quite fair considering the work needed.
David Mullen

The car has been sold by private treaty to one of the bidders who is known to me. All I can say at this stage is the car is in good hands.
