I went to the show. It was quite good, I got some things for my B. Whilst I was there I saw what I can only think was a prototype of the ZR. It was in the FWD Register area. It had a chrome, mesh grill, without the surround that the ZRs have and Cobra bucket seats. It also had massive brakes with cross drilled disks. If I remember correctly it was featured in Auto Express not long after Pheonix takeover, but only when a reader had seen it parked at a race circuit and taken a photo. Did anyone else see it or know anything about it? Ant. |

It has been featured in MG world, and the owner is a contributor on 'various' sections of the BBS. Kelvin |

It's the PTP development car which led to the ZR, and was flogged off via an MGR dealer... |

The car is now owned by Bob Pulleybank. Thanks Bob for bringing it along to the show.... Martin Woods FWD register |
