More trouble for ZE MINI!

Ya, good evening Tommy
Ve at BMW would like to thank you for all the R+D vork you have done on ve MINI. Not since that Colin Chapman chappie from Lotus have the general pubic "Helped" so much. It seems that we have had a (another) little "Slip up" on the production line and we have now discovered that the bloody front suspension can collapse while you are driving!

We would therefore ask that you take ze little sh*t er we mean Mini to your local BMW dealership (Again!). If we are a little late with this warning than we hope to offer you something else in our "panzer" range………in another lifetime!

While on this subject, I have now been driven in THREE different new minis - 2 coopers and a one. The power steering is louder than the engine at idle. That can't be right, can it??

Louder power steering is an optional extra Sir!

Power steering in a Mini - GOOD GRIEF! - Namby Pamby, Wimps and other words come to mind - enough to make your wrists go all limp through lack of use - or does the basic design of the "New" Mini demand PAS?

They'll be putting PAS in the MGF/TFs next ..... or have they been doing that for years now .... :-)

Still if it helps sell a few more .... just another sales incentive .. but, really, PAS in a Mini - whatever next? Destroys and devalues the whole original Mini concept in this observer's opinion ... :-)

Just goes to show it's not really a Mini at all.

It's same size as the Focus anyway so it can't be a mini.

Dunno about the same size as a Focus - but I'm pretty sure that its larger than the original Golf.
