MG ZR ZS ZT Technical - Rover 75 Autochanger
Anyone want a 6 disc autochanger for a Rover 75? Paid £450 for it when I had the Rover as a company car then changed employers and as far as I can tell it won't fit anything else! £200 ono Cheers |

Yeah, sure you 'paid' for it. Tell you what son, I'll give you a bullseye for it. Can't say fairer that that. What out the old bill..... |
Geezer |
the changer for the r75 should be an alpine unit so will fit an alpine radio cass rob |

Rob. Yes it is an Alpine unit but when I enquired with my local Audio shop they advised that the unit had been specially developed for the 75 and I was wasting my time looking for an adapter kit! Geezer in a pub. O ye of little faith! Not being familiar with Cockney lingo, what measure of currency is a Bullseye? As regards the old bill, I don't care how old the notes are. |

Eric, I'm potentially interested in this for my 75. Does it come complete with the fitting kit and cables? |
Rob Bell |
Eric, the unit should be the alpine c660 and it will plug into an alpine r/cass as i have 1 in my zr rob |

The fitting kit comprises of a couple of screws (which I have) to secure the unit into the glovebox and the fitted conector goes through an existing slot in the bottom of the glovebox( you have to cut the cloth in the bottom of the glovebox) and plugs into the existing wiring which is standard in all 75's |
