George It was a laugh, complete with those 2 crazy guys from the planet Ozzy it's the waythatthe Maestro goes pt-choooo that gives the game away! I think the real thing that need tuning os opften to be found between the driver's ears! N |

WTF? Care to explain? |
Eric |
no. FO. |

In amongst the pristine ZS's and f's that turned up were two young guys with old hot MG saloons. "Rock and Rollers with one foot in the grave" as the assasin in Apocalypse Now called his crew. A pretty rank and rusty Maestro with the Tomcat/Vitesse 2 litre turbo engine. It's going to be fast isnt it??? |
Neil |
George, what you did to your ZS to get it to 208.4/259.8 BHP? Ralph |
Ralph |
259.8BHP,around 50bhp is nitrous. He says so in his post chick. The rest, only George knows :) |

I read on flinstone commen that these figures were exaggerated, the RR was not setup for giving accurate flywheel figures. In reality the car hasn't cleared 200 without NOS. Come on lets have some honesty people what were the figures at the wheels ???? |
billybullshi77er |
Billy.....if you've read that somewhere else you will know the figures at the wheels........or was it using big words so that a tw@t like you couldn't read it. |
Norman |
Oh I can read Normy boy and yes I know the figures but why should I post them, the author should own up and post them himself instead of using inflated figures to sell his wares. Why else do you think I posted what I did fukwit !!! |
billybullshi77er |
he doesn't need to lie the 1/4 mile times/ rolling road sheets, for alot of the cars he has done speak for themselves mate |

well I am sorry that such a dyck ed doubted the figures. The rolling road....and I was there was very professionally run and set up. George's figures were I would say within 1% of the true flywheel figures the Nitrous really made a huge difference I've never seen a powercurve like it |
Neil |
Neil, since no one else has answered my question and you were there, can you tell mel what changes George had made to his car to increase the power from 177 bhp to 208bhp? Ralph |
Ralph |
"well I am sorry that such a dyck ed doubted the figures. The rolling road....and I was there was very professionally run and set up. George's figures were I would say within 1% of the true flywheel figures " Neil if you were there and you read the thread on the other site you will see the figures are NOT correct at all!!! The guys over there re calculated the figures using Georges own %loss figure and it was substantially less than the RR graph estimated flywheel figures as posted at the top of this thread. In conclusion however the real figures obtained were an impressive improvement over standard George should be pleased, its just a shame he wasn't honest enough to post the correct information in a cynical attempt to generate business by using hyped up figures. Now go and get YOUR facts right before you call me a "dyck ed" smart ass. |

>>>>>Neil, since no one else has answered my question and you were there, can you tell mel what changes George had made to his car to increase the power from 177 bhp to 208bhp? Ralph <<<<< Not at all hard to get 190bhp out of this engine with just changes to the exhaust and induction system, this car is also chipped hence the 200+bhp claim. Gareth |
