MG MGA - 50 Shades of Green!
Oh well if you want to get pedantic - 6 shades! The A Team at the 75th Anniversary of the first hill climb at Rob Roy (Victoria) back in 1937. Interestingly 3 coupes and 3 roadsters including an original "works" Sebring Coupe (44). A great day had by all - next year we have promised to rope in a couple of red cars. Mike ![]() |

Could have sworn that coupe was black Mike? The display is a credit to the Victorian MGA register. Matthew. ![]() |

Aha! There were a couple of red MGA's, they were just on the 'wrong' side of the fence! Matthew. ![]() |

Team MGA call Ric's Coupe "very dark green" rather than black! For those on the other side of globe this link will show you how we pass a sunny Sunday downunder - a pity the cinematographer didn't catch any MGAs in action. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=enr4xZm37xk Mike |

A green one here from the UK proudly sporting the MGCC of Victoria badge, presented to me after my visit earlier in the year. Did the Rob Roy hill climb, albeit on foot! Brings back memories. Steve ![]() |

Thanks for all the pix Mike & Matthew, nice to see. We met up with your Dave Godwin and all the intrepid 'Cape to Cairo' Aussie bunch at the Dog House near Abingdon last Thursday. Great hearing of all their adventures on the way - some cars these MGs! So here's another Aussie MGA, Dave's 'RIP' outside the Dog House attached. Sorry not green that one! Pete ![]() |
