MG MGA - Building Art Pearse car
It is amazing, but when Art has finished his car, he can truly say it has an "International Flair". Where else, but the BBS , could so many people help assemble one car. World wide help and assistance given freely and accuratley. Amazing. |

I second those comments Gordon. I have also benefited from the experience and wisdom of this resource, as well as receiving needed original parts from a few, and in turn, sending out parts to others in need. I hope to be able to continue to do my part in helping when I can. Cheers, George |

Art I see you got the number plate assembly sorted. I like the BRG. Looks like my shade, Hen Green. What is yours? Steve |

Steve, I used British Racing Green from http://www.paintforcars.com/aep_britishgreen.html Acrylic enamel with hardener. My first real spray job. It's OK from 6 ft! Their price is really good - $71 for a gallon inc. reducer and hardener. The rear bumper is new from Moss. Also a vg price. DARNOC31 - I'm close to New Dublin, North of Brockville.Where are you? Mike - It's been 19 1/2 years! 50th bd present from my wife. Delays due to having to work and travel, building a new house and two garages and moving to Mobile and back. The car went down there in parts and back! JW - The number plate - 61 MGA was taken so I opted for the Canadian "Eh?" |
