Honestly Mark, I wouldn't have a clew but had a little search around and found the following description
Looks like item #4 - G18 - blanking gromets in the alternative lhd brake holes to me--they seem to be the only red ones listed--here anyway

Hope this helps

According to Todd Clarke's book, Willy is correct. There are eight 1/2" red grommets that go in the alternate master cylinder mounting holes, 4 in the bulkhead and 4 in the heater box shelf.

The red grommets in the heater shelf are probably an error. Those holes are normally filled by the blanking grommet, frame and the four securing bolts

Here is the diagram in Todd’s booklet. The 8 grommets marked “4” are the ones he says should be red.

Very many thanks for all your prompt responses, I now understand what goes where all I need now is to find a supplier of ust the red grommets as I'm a few short.
Best Wishes, stay safe and well all.

Dominic,
I’m pretty sure the blanking plate and it’s holes are the pedal blanking plate.

Hi Jim

I was having a senior moment! You are of course correct. Those who can read have a major advantage in the gene pool!

Mark I bought some red grommets about 10 years ago. I think they came from Todd Clark. If you can't find any I can try and search my records.

PS the only place I know you can get the correct rubber grommets for the rear bumpers is at https://www.sportsandclassics.com/product-category/mg-series/mga/rubber-parts-mga/

All other suppliers supply just the grommets for the front bumper for front and rear.
