Hi Gordon

It's about midnight over there. May be they are asleep!

I had the same experience, but I did eventually get him to pick up the phone.
Del Rawlins

My experience was also of terrible service - didn't answer the phone or emails, then sent the wrong items, and expected me to make the alterations myself. Although his stuff seems to be great quality, the hassle was too much to want to deal with him again.

Hi all , Todd did ring me back, and I have ordered door rubbers from him, I must say Dom. that I have always found him ok, this is the third MGA running around the Uk that I have furnished with the correct rubbers lol

just received a package from Todd this last weekend; very happy with results. Email worked best for me.
Reg Zotzman

I agree that email works best for Todd. I had an email response on a price request in one day and parts were shipped as soon as I gave him my credit card info over three emails for safety. Great service for me.

Agreed with all positive replies, I have dealt with Todd since 1999 and never had a problem, with the most recent purchase of door rubbers for my coupe. On a previous order door rubbers for my roadster were not in stock and which were eventually sent out free postage to RSA because of the inconvenience. I only ever email, although in '99 fax machines were the rage...well with Todd that is!
Peter Steyn

Peter ,what did the postage for the seals cost you?

t burnett,

>>Post to Johannesburg via two air envelopes - $25.00<<

Turfed the envelopes, guessed it was $12.50 each then. Recall they arrived about 2 weeks apart even though they were posted on the same day.
Peter Steyn

Hi first packet arrived today, already fitted and looks superb as usual, just got to hope the second one arrives at some point
