I purchased mine through Jeff Zorn at Little British Car Company(http://www.lbcarco.com/ ), finding the quality, pricing and service excellent. His are made in the UK. While Jeff offers a number of material options,as described on his site, his "Superior vinyl" is the original hood material--and my choice.

I think mohair is probbably the beast but its a personal thing, have a look at a few before you pick one

Make sure you get a top with a zip-out rear window. Makes driving in those boiling hot, sunny days much more tolerable.
