looks like a plate to inject Nitrous oxide,Neil |

Offhand, it sits between the carb and the manifold, with vacuum pulling either gas or liquid into the intake. I'm guessing that it's for water injection. |

I never thought of Nitrous. I guess it shows where I'm at. |

Did you guys read the rest of the ad? Pretty big hint. FRM |

LPG..OOOPS!!! Looks a pretty crude device... |
Neil Ferguson |
Is that for converting to LPG or to supplement gasoline fuel with LPG? Larry |
Larry Wheeler |
larry..I would believe it is for duel fuel but either or..cant imagine how you could synch this for combined fuel with an SU. Looks like you could also wip it out when camping and cook on it.. |
Neil Ferguson |
You add an LPG kit, which includes a switched valve for each of the fuel sources, so that only one is active at any time. Fairly common in countries where LPG is widely available and much cheaper than Gasoline |

Fletcher, Of course we didn't read it. That would require thought, and I just looked at the picture and headline. Much simpler that way. |
