MG MGA - Fuel Gauge Armature
Does anybody have either a non working fuel guage or more specifically the fuel guage needle and armature assembly they would be willing to sell me? Here a pic of what I'm trying to find. ![]() |

I am willing to bet that unless you are a very clever person even if you manage to find what you are looking for and manage to get it all together the gauge will still not work properly I purchased a new sender and have been trying to adjust the back of the gauge and I have given up any hope of getting a gauge that is anywhere remotly accurate. I now carry a gallon of juice in the boot. Unless you out there know different and have any tips. David |

David, Actually I've had a great deal of success using Barney Gaylord's instructions. My gauge works just fine now. I need the armature because I got ham handed and messed up the needle. If you haven't run across it yet go to mgaguru.com. |

David, I also have had great success with Barney's calibration and made a fully functional gauge from a bag of bits! Tysen, you have mail. |

Hi, all I got my fuel gauge to work by fitting an original sender unit, you cant beat it, for the first time since owning the car I have not had to use the dip stick. Dave |
