MG MGA - Grease (oil) Guns for MGAs
I don't want to upstage the jack and tool kit specialists on this site but I thought a thread on the various grease (oil) guns supplied with MGAs during the production years might generate some chatter. To start the ball rolling I have attached a copy of an article from the MGCC Victoria magazine March 09 edition on grease guns by one of our resident T type experts. The only reference I found on the MGAguru website related to the modern plastic replacements http://mgaguru.com/mgtech/tools/oil_gun2.htm Does anyone have details on the grease guns originally supplied? The GB2802 seems to come up pretty regularly on eBay. It seems that someone has a stock of unused units. Neil |

You are right Neil. I seem to have quite a few as well. Were they also issued with lawnmowers?!! Can't think where else I got them, although, I took Barry Gannon to a boot sale when he was over here and picked a couple up at about £1 each. Steve |
