MG MGA - Gyles Down Under
Here he is, flying dangerously and under the radar! I do like his mode of transport -- very discerning motorist. Maybe he is looking for some stub stacks! Barry. ![]() |

Hmmmm....... Just discovered that I designed the stub stacks for anticlockwise air flow in the northern hemisphere. i.e. the lathe rotates anticlockwise against the cutting tool. I think the stub stacks Steve Ash is supplying to the guys down here should have been turned in a clockwise lathe. Steve |

Very good Barry and Steve - and it's not even April 1st yet!! |

I think he what he is attempting to do is to collect and recycle the oil drips from the floor. If successful, he will claim "-1/2 qt"/ 1000km usage. Very ecologically minded. |

Steve has the look of a man who has been carefully studying the changed coreolis effect of fluids as they rapidly exit many beer or wine bottles! (Well, that would have been my excuse!) Hope ya had a bonzer time blue! Colyn |

Steve had a go at setting a new record on the Melbourne MGCC Rob Roy hill climb. How about the handbrake start! Barry (on our first glass of red!) ![]() |

Back in the UK. Many thanks to Barry for a very enjoyable stay and allowing me to drive his MGA. Attached photo is of one of his neighbours with a look of astonishment when we went out in the family car and not the MGA. Steve ![]() |
