H I Judson guys,

When I purchased the Judson I rebuilt the carb but never upgraded the needle valve. My 1600 is bored .040 over what needle would give me the best performance?

Check either with Dominic Clancy or George Folchi. I'm sure either of them will know for sure.

There is no needle. Just a fixed jet (that's the problem with this carb). Probably around a 60 or 61 would suit you. My 1622 060 over is on a 62, so you need to be a little leaner.
