I wonder how accurate the eBay ad was since it contained this statement: "The knock off wheels and bias tires add to its stunning appearance".

Definitely does NOT have knock-offs unless those hubcaps are hiding something neat.

I noticed that, and suspected the description was actually for a different car...In fact I think this is the same ad for a much more expensive car that didn't sell last week....It never reached the reserve, and was over 21K, when it closed.....
Anyway, if the car went for 13K+, someone appears to have bought it very reasonably.
