MG MGA - Late hood frame

I am looking for a late version of the hood (rag top for our American friends) frame for my MGA 1600 MK II.

Has anyone any idea as to where one may be available.

Already tried the usual suspects - Moss, B&G, MGOC, NTG, Scaraborough Faire - although not Clarke Spares (catalogue coming).

Why do you have a frame if you have the short screen fitted and cannot use the top?

That was back in 1998. It was a few years before I went totally topless. Frame, sidescreens and windscreen reside in the attic pending reinstallation one day - but not in my driving time and ownership.

Have you tried Brown and Gammons - they have it listed with a note "low stock" - not sure if that is a euphemism for no stock
