MG MGA - mga prototype?

Does anybody know anything about this picture or who these guys are... I think this piture was bought on ebay I dont know anything about it. Looks like an mga.
wheels I dont know. Windshield... Cool car..Just curious...

Wow... Thanks. At least I know what it is now. Ive had the picture for years and always wondered what the front looked like...It always seemed to steep to be an mga.

You could call UMG-400 the MGA prototype. It was a custom-bodied TD built for LeMans.
