Thanks Serge. Enjoyed looking at your site too - the MGA Hawk looks a great design, like a Lambourghini Miura!! Anyway, the tool roll is exactly the design I thought it was. Originally I believe this design dates back to the late days of the MG YB as I found a very old one in an otherwise totally unmolested and original 44k mile MG YB last week. Does anyone know where new repro MGA tool rolls can be obtained please? Paul |

Paul, you could always try Ebay UK - there's usually one on there about every few weeks. Not sure how "original" it is, but might be worth a shot? cheers, Grant :-) |

A company in Australia makes tool kits for the MGA, except for the oil gun. I have not seen one of these kits so I cannot comment on the quality. Maybe another member of this Group has one of these kits and can comment. http://members.optusnet.com.au/inpoint/index.html Have you read Barney Gaylord's pages about MGA tool kits? http://www.mgaguru.com/mgtech/tools/tools3.htm Mick |

There is a USA company that I have found makes quality reproductions of the tools found in the MGA tool Kit. In fact, they can supply complete repo tools kits. I have purchased several tools from them and always been happy with the quality. Here is the URL http://www.britishtool.com |

Although as noted above there are a few places you can get reproduction tools, it's not that difficult to put together a set of originals from eBay, and then you get the fun of the scavenger hunt. BTW British Tool's site went off the air a while back, and I don't think it ever came back. |
