The day did not go well. After a couple hours of digging out the wrecker, placing wood under the tires, moving 4 feet and sinking into the sand, and a snapped steel cable, the driver called in reinforcements. A 4x4 wrecker extracted the flatbed, and eventually retrieved the car, all during a violent thunderstorm and flooding rains!

George Are you leaving the Dark Side World of "T's", or is this just a temporary excursion into the MGA Force? I was not able to open your photos for some reason....I'll try again tomorrow. Edward

Looks like a great start, George. Is it a coupe or just have a hardtop? Sounds like quite a struggle to unearth the poor thing.
Dan Craig
Just a flimsy fiberglass hardtop. Yes, it did not want to leave. George
