That does look nice.I like how the original color carpet looks.When I did mine I could not get grey, someday I'll have to change it. What does it mean by tax exempt? |

Hi Gary, we don't pay road fund tax on cars bulit before about 1972, as a concession to older cars Gordon |

It looks Good almost as nice as my 1961 Mk2 Coupe!! The Grey carpet is available here in the UK at a reasonable Price Cars built before 1973 are exempt from annual Road Tax here in the UK. Paul ![]() |

Don't much care for blue LOL,the chrome wires look good on it too. As to the tax, here in Illinois we have "antique" plates good for 5 years for 30 dollars. The catch is your not supposed to be driving it everyday to work etc.License fees for your regular car are 99 a year.
