That does look nice.I like how the original color carpet looks.When I did mine I could not get grey, someday I'll have to change it. What does it mean by tax exempt?

Hi Gary, we don't pay road fund tax on cars bulit before about 1972, as a concession to older cars

It looks Good almost as nice as my 1961 Mk2 Coupe!!
The Grey carpet is available here in the UK at a reasonable Price
Cars built before 1973 are exempt from annual Road Tax here in the UK.

Don't much care for blue LOL,the chrome wires look good on it too. As to the tax, here in Illinois we have "antique" plates good for 5 years for 30 dollars. The catch is your not supposed to be driving it everyday to work etc.License fees for your regular car are 99 a year.
