MG MGA - Pictures of Brake Line Routing
If someone could post a picture or two of the correct brake line routing from the battery box up the side of the right side frame (showing tabs and anything else I should be looking at to do it right), Id really appreciate it. Never done this before, so pictures would help a lot. Thanks so much. Tom |

Here's mine at the battery case. Not exactly standard, but close. If you like I can take a picture of the underside, front to back run. ![]() |

Tom, Here is a picture from below. From the clip that is attached to the battery box the line makes an "s" curve into the channel next to the frame. I found it easiest to install from front to back. Remove the bolt holding the 4-way fitting so it can be moved a bit to help with alignment. Once the front fitting is in place the rest is pretty straight forward. John ![]() |

I'm concerned that both Art and John's pictures show brake pipes appearing to touch other cables. Where possible, something I would personally avoid. John |

John, it's perspective - there is a gap. Art |

Thanks all for the fast responses. I should be in good shape now (until I become stuck again). Thanks again! Tom |
