MG MGA - Tonneau Cover
Looking for a stateside supplier for a good quality tonneau cover in Stayfast or Mohair. Recommendations are welcome. Anyone purchased one from Jeff Zorn at LBcarco? Thanks, Fran |

I got mine from SF. Very well made. They mfg. Themselves. You have to install the fasteners. Not a hard thing to do. |

Fran, As you may already know, there are a couple of different styles and lengths of covers. This is only important if the fasteners are already installed on your car. Ken |

I got my long "stayfast" cover (snaps on the rear body cowl vs the trim rail)from Moss and it's very nice. You have to install the "lift the dot" fasteners in the cover. Not too difficult (Barney's site has some good tips)but requires care. I made a tool (sharpened piece of tubing) to punch the holes. Good luck, GTF |

I neglected to mention that I bought my tonneau cover from MG Mitten in 1966. Anybody remember them? Ken |

I've talked to Jeff about a long tonneau for my car but haven't bought it yet. A good friend bought his top (hood) from LBcarco and liked it very much. That's the place I'd go if I wanted something special like I do or my friend for a top with a zip out rear window. |

Got mine from Scarborough Faire many years ago, still doing fine. Marvin |

Thanks everyone. Mine is the long style tonneau, which snaps onto the existing pegs located on the rear tonneau body panel. I am a bit concerned about installing the "lift the dot" fasteners, but will check out Barney's site for guidance. |
