MG MGA - Vokes Air Cleaners

There's a pair of Vokes air cleaners for sale on eBay at:

I have a 1960 MGA 1600. Can anyone tell me if these air cleaners are original and is it original to my car? Thanks.

Volkes air cleaners are correct for your car. They look correct on Ebay, but I cannot comment on the numbers at the moment as I am separated from the car for the week.

I also have a 1960 1600 and they are identical to mine. They have Vokes Ltd Guildford on the outer faces. ...............Mike

I didn't read the Ebay description before but the part numbers on mine are not quite the same and very faint. They appear to be C53840 and C53841. The ISS2 is only just visible on one of mine......Mike
