MG MGB Technical - Lost my head, (cylinder)
Hey all, the head on my MGA is toast. I have an MGB head that will fit but............I need the rocker arm stantion with the offset oil hole on # 4. I can't seem to find one from the usual suppliers. Does anyone have knowledge of the source for such an animal? Thanks, Tom |

Moss catalogue has them, tapped and untapped, for the A and B |

Thanks Art. It looks like the ones from Moss are "regular" stantions. The one I need has an offset oil hole and is "L" shaped at the bottom, not "I" shsped. Regrds, Tom |

Hey Art & FRM, I stand corrected. As usual, this BB comes through! BTW, FRM, How is your daughters college carreer going? Regards, Tom |

Hi Thomas, we modify the offset hole by drilling at a shallow angle from where the inline hole 'should be' till it meets the hole from the offset one....keep angle shallow. Then plug off original offset and, voila, the head will work with either offset or inline rocker post. Peter |
