I presume you've tried all the normal things like PlusGas to release the mating faces? Club hammer on the edge while rotating the disk? Heat + PlusGas + Hammer?

I once (on another car) had to resort to a puller - found a 3 long legged puller that managed to get a grip on the rear of the disk and the screw pressed against the end of the half shaft.

Not 100% relevant to the F but could work.

I spent about 4 hours per disc earlier this year. Took a lot of sweat, swearing and a big hammer and lots of hammering!!

ONe of them even broke arounf the hub leaving me just an inside bit of disc to contend with!!#

I presuem you got the brub screws out OK?

Just hammer away hard as hell against the outside edge of the disc whilst frequently rotating it. Jst anke sure you dont damage the bearing.

Dont worry about dmaging old disc as you are not going to use it again

try a sledge hammer, with controlled pounding.

Replaced my rear discs and pads yesterday for the 2nd time. Luckily after hours of sweat and getting the last ones off the last time i did it, i has put lots of copper grease on the contact points. This time these ones came off with a light tap. Whole thing took 50 mins from start to finish and was almost a joy to do.

Good luck because i remember the pain first time around.

Go for a puller. Tighten it up as much as possible onto the outer rim of the disk and then hit the disk just enough to get it off (as the wheel bearing doesn't like being bashed). I bought an 11 inch 2 leg puller (It was the only one I could get at the time) but a 3 leg one is far better.

ended up putting it in a garage,
got it done for 64quid including new pads,
saved the sweat

DH,
I have a great respect for the DIYer who admits that the job is beyond his capability and gives it to a professional.
Never ever hit a brake disc with a hammer of any kind/weight. The wheel bearing takes the impact, and as so often seen on this BBS, the bearing will soon need to be changed.
£64 was a good price. One hour labour and parts.
