MG MGF Technical - Choice of speaker in Hong Kong

Im in Hong Kong at the moment and have found the car stereo district but I cant remember the size of the door speakers for the MGF and tweaters for that matter? Any advice on brands of choice would be good too! Many thanks!

Choice of speaker? - how about Lo Hum - I hear he's quite good.
Tony

Hi, I recently put in a pair of 165mm infinity 6502i which sound really good. I needed to make an adapter plug for the wires but it was pretty straight forward. Try Rob's site at http://www.mgf.ultimatemg.com/ for door panel instructions or do a search on infinity as there was a recent tread.
Tony

"Lo Hum",

LOL.

Branko

Thanks for advice.
But im also getting a tinny rattle from my rear t-bar passenger speaker which is new. I took the cover off and there is nothing in there, plus I now have anew stereo and its still doing it. Does anyone know what this is? Dodgy connection?
Paddy

The backplate where the seatbelt comes through the T-bar makes a tinny rattling sound if the screws work loose. As mine do every track day...
Mike Hankin

Okay thanks Mike, I will give that a go when it stops raining!

Paddy, where's that? Will have to go and investigate the next time I'm there! :o)
