MG MGF Technical - GreyGate Polish, Other Uses

Has anyone any bright (clean) ideas I can do with a bottle of greygate now I'm the proud owner of a glass rear screen (and a Blue Hood on a Yellow trophy looks fantastic).

Another use for the Greygate polish is cleaning out the stepper motor.

The view is slightly restricted compared to the plastic one when reversing but the increased clarity makes up for that(even when the plastic was clean it still distorted the image rearwards. As for normal through the rv mirror I didn't notice much restriction but a much better rear-view distances of upcoming traffic much easier to judge.

You can carry it with you on European trip, if time is there, Mike (S) will clean the steppermotor with it.

It's a plastic polish IIRC, so there must be some more tricks.

Look forward to seeing those pix you said you'd be taking for Andy. Any chance of taking another from the driver's seat to capture the view out of the rear view mirror?

Sounds like a terrific upgrade - will certainly consider this when my hood next needs replacing :o)

Okay pix from all angles will be taken and posted on a public site near you when I get home early enough to take piccies in daylight. Oh and I might take some pic's of the hood as well ;-)
