It's the hard disk IDE connnector. Connects to the IDE driver card.

PS. I only have that pictures from a repair job of the power supply. Was four years ago and I don't recall all details.

that wire is not connect to IDE Card.
Because other wire connect to IDE Card , red arrowhead's wire is in VGA card .

OK, that's right. The PCB is the grafics card. VGA may be.

So you mean the white coloured connector with two brown coloured wires ?

I'm afraid, I don't know.
