MG MGF Technical - Looking for 100% waterproof cover

i'm looking for a 100% waterproof, breathable cover for my MGF. Tried one for Halfords that kept setting the alarm off. Can anyone advise me on where to get one from?

Do you really want to cover the entire car? Mike Satur does a cover for the hood/roof that also covers all glass. Many owners use his cover on a daily basis. I also use mine when parking with roof down in hot weather.

I brought a interior cover from http://www.covercraft-europe.com/car.html it was very good quality and a perfect fit. They informed me they have a proper pattern for the mgf. They also do exterior covers, so I would recommend them, the only down side is their not that cheap, I think mine was about, £130 but these days you get what you pay for.

Lisa I bought a cover for my car a couple of months ago, waterproof, breathable with strong taped seams and for under £100 This was the top of the range 'Monsoon' cover with a soft cotton inner. This cover is tailored to the MGF with 'ears' for the door mirrors and has been cut to accommodate the hard top too. I bought directly from the company which make the patterns although I found them through ebay. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2439188467&category=27380

The cover as advertised on Ebay is the indoor/outdoor range called the 'Voyager' which gives a slighly lower specification and therefore a bit cheaper. I would suggest that you contact the seller on the ebay link above and buy directly from him.

Or you could try a company called 'Coverzone' who distibute the covers on hehalf of the pattern maker and are based in Ilford, they sell Monsoon covers for £109. www.cover-zone.com . Either way the cover you receive will be shipped by Cover-zone but by buying directly from the pattern maker you'll save a few quid...

I might try and take a couple of photo's of my cover later and stick them on to a web page...
