Anyone know the phone number or email address for MG Customer Services.

My power hood has bent the brackets again and I'm fed up with it. Hopefully I can persuade them to take it off.

Or better still go a few rungs further up the ladder and write to the Chief Exec.
Customer Services are basically a $hit-filter to keep trouble making oiks with duff motors out of the execs' hair whilst they dream up more money spinning schemes. Also include in any letter:
"Any reply opening with the line 'Mr xxx is very busy and has asked me to reply on his behalf will not be recognised by me as correspondence"
And copy everything to all/any consumer do-gooders you care to think of.

And getting a solution out of Rover isn't like getting blood out of a stone.
Getting them to even acknowledge there's a problem in the first place is like getting blood out of a stone. And a stone at the bottom of a very deep lake at that.

look on the bright side. The freezing will kill the piranhas!

On a more seriuos note, I wrote to the CEO when the Hun were incharge about lack of delivery on my new wheels.

Got a letter signed by him within a week and someone in charge of production telephoned to apologise and let me know that the car would be delivered in xx days with some little extras for the trouble they had caused!

No problemo!

aye, go to the top, my letter went straight to the salesman i was having trouble with... didnt help matters really. always go as high as you can.
