MG MGF Technical - Ride Height?

Hi guys,

what's the correct ride height for my MGF VVC?
as I'm still having handling problems.

Have you got it 4 wheel aligned? you have to do this after a change in ride hight.

Hi Will,

Just had the four wheel tracking done. Just really wanted to know if I could messure the ride height myself, but I don't know where to find the correct messurments?

Mike, can you give us an update on what checks you've performed so far?

Assuming that you have standard suspension, the correct ride height for any MGF is 368 mm ± 10 mm (measured on the front wheels, from wheel centre to the wheel arch lip vertically above). Ambient temperature makes a difference, so remove 0.4 mm from this figure for every degree C below 17C.

Mike,

Full details as to MGR's method for checking ride height can be found in the new MGF/TF FAQ...
