MG MGF Technical - Speaker size?
| Anyone any idea on how to replace the speakers in an MGF (97) and what the speaker size is? Many thanks. |

| Infinity Reference 652i's. Can be mounted into the original speaker mounts using self-tapping screws. Other speakers may require building a mounting surface from MDF. Leigh |

| Today fitted in mine some JBL GTO 625 E multi element speakers with directional tweeters and sound is excellent size 165mm 6.1/2 inch easy to fit same size as crap orriginals, got them from Halfords £65. oh,and also have speakers in T bar behind head rests now they really do make a difference.cheers Dave T6 DCM. |

| I replaced mine, but originals are not as bad as you guys think. They are one of the good ones from factory. It depends if you have MK1 or MK2 though I think. But yes I have infinity components now.. |
