MG MGF Technical - Techspeed

Hi,

Not too bang on about them but after suffering HGF I took the car to Techspeed (they came and collected the car from Bath) on recommendation.

I found that they were polite (phoning just to give me an update), efficient and excellent value.

For £700 I had HG replaced, new cam-belt, new coolant pipes, re-cored radiator, filled with Mobil 1 + normal sundries (filter etc.) A bargain I when you consider Rover dealership wanted 750 just for the cam-belt.

Anyway picked the car up last (cleaned and they picked me up from the train station) and it drove like it was new.

Can heartily recommend them even making the 200 mile round trip like I did

You are better of ringing them as the web page is out of date and they dont look at emails.

As Chris has said they are well worth the visit, I use them although it is a 210 mile round trip keep going back to them year after year.

Glad to hear that the car is now back in rude health Chris!

Like you, I now make that annual 200 mile round trip to Techspeed for servicing! LOL Plus, a few other bits and bobs on the way :o)
