MG MGF Technical - TF clock/oil-temp wiring adapter for F
Is anyone aware of who, if anyone, sells such a thing ? I've got a pair of clocks floating around in the garage from a TF and fancy putting them in the F as my clock doesn't work properly, but the plugs are totally different. |

I am not aware of any adapter interface being available Alex, but it shouldn't be too hard to wire up the new clocks. One approach would be to obtain a set of loom plugs from a MY2000 MGF or TF, second hand. A breakers should be able to sort you out here. |

Hi Alex, I'm not sure about the compatability of the TF clocks into an F but 1 alternative I spotted today was this set on flea-bay: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MGF-SILVER-DIALS-OIL-TEMP-CLOCK-IN-HOLDER_W0QQitemZ4577149848QQcategoryZ10414QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem HTH, Kris. (Sorry, don't think I linked that correctly. You'll have to cut and paste it.) |

Link OK for me! |

I've images of both version back sides anywhere on my HD. Get back on the matter if you have problems with converting the parts. Wiring diagrams of the white old parts should be here http://www.mgfcar.de/schedules/index.htm |

Thanks guys. That's given me a couple of options. I'll pull the console out tonight and see how obvious things look. |
