MG MGF Technical - TF (MGF) Roll Hoops

I think I read somewhere that MG are offering roll hoops for the TF, is this true? If so do they fit the MGF? pictures/prices?

Can't tell if they fit to the F

this are *roll-Oouuups*, not hoops

As bad to the F as to TF

Had a close look at the MG-Rover ones at Silverstone, The main problem is to access the engine bay cover it appears you have to unbolt and remove the roll hoops..which isnt ideal..

I have and much prefer The Mike Satur Chrome hoops...

I read somewhere that MGR spent a small fotune developing these hoops (can't remember, or still can't believe, the figure).

Can't believe Mike spent anywhere near the MGR amount and yet his, IMO, are heaps better across the board.

I chatted to the X-Power chap in the enclosure at Silverstone. He told me that the hoops had been thoroughly tested - which sounded great, but unfortunately, he wasn't able to tell me WHICH tests had been performed :o(

The worst aspect of these hoops is a lack of a windstop that is compatible with them - a real problem for Yimmy :o(

Might have put up with the engine access issues and fitted it otherwise (I don't need an FIA approved cage/hoops for sprints)...
