Does the motor whirr when you hold the stick? Does the car form a puddle if you hold the stick for a while? Does anything at all come out of the jets? Did they both fail at the same time? has anything else in the car stopped working? |

Lift the bonnet and try them with the bonnet open. If they work then the pipe is being trapped by the closed bonnet. Took me an hour to find that one! Bruce |

I had this problem a few months back. The squirters whirred, but only a trickle came out. I removed the hoses and blew air through them. I didn't see any contamination come out of the hoses (I think the inner walls of one of them might have stuck together internally, but that is only a guess). Anyhow, that fixed the problem. Every so often I have to poke out the nozzles with a bit of fine wire to remove the crud that's blocking them. Lasts for a bit longer. I should really get the rubber tube off the back and give them a good clean, but it's reluctant to shift and I don't want to break anything. |

You might also find that there is goo in the non return valve. You can prise the valve apart and rinse it through with water. tim |
