MG MGF Technical - Window stop

Can anyone give me a link to an article on how to replace/adjust the window stops on my T reg VVC?

Drivers side window.
When the window comes up and reaches the mechanical stop (fully up), what turns off the winder motor?
My window seems to want to continue on up putting loads of pressure on the stop ...almost to the point of trying to bend it out of the way.

Passenger side window seems a lot calmer about the process.

Sounds Like the window stop is broken, a search of the archives will point to the various sites that detail how to fix it (i,e, Dieters site)

Nothing actually stops the winder motor from running except that it stalls when the mechanism hits the window stop. Crude and cheap I know but it works so long as the window stop withstands the pressure. There are no limit switches.
